Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Personnel Management Associate. As an HR Personnel Management Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR functions of the company.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment and selection process, facilitating employee onboarding procedures, maintaining employee records and documentation, and supporting HR payroll and benefits administration. You will also be involved in coordinating employee training and development programs, and assisting in performance management activities.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior experience in HR or related roles would be advantageous, as well as proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
