Job Description
A Field Officer is responsible for conducting on-site inspections, assessments, and investigations to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. This position requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field inspections to monitor compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential violations and areas of improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff and partners on compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, investigations, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
