Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Professional Architect license is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction project experience is needed.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with precise calculation and design abilities.
• Proficiency in estimating costs, conducting basic quantity surveys, and understanding billing processes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Effective delegation and people management skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Modelling and Rendering software is expected.
• Preferably residing in Cavite.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for projects.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and budget.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants.
• Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Review construction documents and ensure compliance.
• Visit construction sites to oversee progress.
• Provide guidance to architectural staff.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Keep accurate project records and prepare reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
