Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an HR Assistant Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager in managing all aspects of the human resources department.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Handling employee onboarding and orientation
- Managing employee benefits and compensation administration
- Assisting in performance management and employee development programs
- Handling employee relations and resolving HR-related issues
- Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
