Job Description
- Provide efficient service to HMO patients with total care and courteousness.
- Maintain up to date and accurate record and ensure that all collectibles from HMO are collected on time.
- Furnish and facilitate the reports and documents related to HMO transactions needed by accounting and other related departments.
- Ensure that the contract with HMO’s are active and renewals are reviewed by our legal adviser.
- Maintain individual ledger per HMO.
- Do the daily posting and ensure accurate encoding to the computer.
- Prepare the SOA with all the necessary attachments regularly and transmit at the standard set-up.
- Ensure to follow the respective contracts in accordance to their requirement to ensure that there will be no problem in collection.
- Do the regular follow up on collection.
- Establish a good communication link with HMO officers to facilitate collection.
