Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced ITSM Process Owner to join our organization. As the ITSM Process Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT Service Management processes in our company. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ITSM processes to ensure effective service delivery and support
  • Manage and maintain the ITSM framework and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement areas and implement solutions
  • Monitor and measure the performance of ITSM processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to the IT team members on ITSM processes and tools
