Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be in regular contact with clients and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are also essential for success in this role. Previous experience in administrative support is preferred, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
