Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate or Equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year experience
- Customer service
- Stakeholder Management
- Driving is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in all plumbing parts, fittings, and accessories
- Ability to interpret plumbing design drawing
JOB SUMMARY:
Territory Assistant plays responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacting with customers to address their water-related concerns, such as low water pressure, water quality issues, and distribution of notices.
- Escalating customer complaints to the Territory Officer, ensuring they are addressed promptly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Responsible for identifying, maintaining, and repairing the waterline system used to prevent water loss and ensure the efficient delivery of water and to distribute clean and potable water to residential and commercial establishments.
- Ensuring the quality and safety of the water supply by monitoring water treatment processes and conducting tests to detect contaminants or irregularities in the water.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining water meters to accurately measure and record water usage for billing purposes.
- Must meet monthly and annual internal targets
