Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Prism Puff Pastry. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our valued customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle stressful situations with ease. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role. Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
