Job Description
Orbit Teleservices Philippines is urgently hiring for a Customer Service Representative | Fraud Analyst who can start as soon as possible.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of financial experience, whether as a Fraud Analyst or in a BPO International Account, Credit Card support, Banking, or any Financial Tech campaign
- Excellent communication skills (B2 level)
- Willingness to work onsite for night shift schedules
