Job Description
Perform various administrative tasks (clerical, encoding and filling)
Gathering of stations maintenance work concerns
Coordinates with maintenance personnel for station concerns that needs to address
Canvass/purchase of parts and equipment needed for station maintenance
Monitors inventory and pull – out of parts/equipment for maintenance work
Creates and monitors schedule of maintenance team
Approves calibration request from the stations
Creates database for parts and equipment suppliers
Creates yearly plans and programs for maintenance department
Submit daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment reports
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management
