Job Description
Providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Managing all payment cycle activities on a day-to-day basis in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Prioritizing invoices based on cash discount potential and payment terms.
- Processing check requests.
- Auditing and processing credit card bills.
- Matching invoices to checks, obtaining all necessary signatures, and distributing checks accordingly.
- Responding to all vendor inquiries.
- Reconciling vendor statements, researching, and correcting discrepancies.
- Monitoring and assisting in filing and monitoring BIR/Tax requirements.
- Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, following company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- Assisting in month-end closing.
Qualifications:
- Preferably an Accountancy graduate.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Good analytical skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati.
