Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field required;
- A minimum of 5 years of Admin / Human Resources experiences in a Construction industry;
- Additional training/certification in Admin/HR related works may be advantageous;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations;
- Should have a deep understanding of all aspects of human resources;
- Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office applications and knowledge in accounting/HR system.
