Job Description
– Business dev, Sales and Marketing
– Responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base, increase sales, and enhance our market presence.
– Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.
– Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and driving results while fostering a culture of excellence.
– Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our product and service offerings, and ensure they are aligned with market demand and company goals.
– Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all commercial activities and strategies adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
– Communication: Effectively communicate commercial strategies and results to the executive team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
– Direct reporting to Head of Lending
