Job Description
- Perform the operation and maintenance of the building electrical & mechanical systems/services such as exhaust/ventilation system, fire protection system, water & sanitary piping system, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, lighting system, etc.
- Perform minor installation, alteration and improvement works of the electrical and mechanical equipment and auxiliaries as necessary.
- Record and monitor equipment performance during operation and maintain daily equipment monitoring log sheets/forms.
- Conduct preventive maintenance works as per CMMS or maintenance schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
