Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technical support representatives and ensuring the high quality of customer service and technical assistance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical support and customer service, with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of technical support representatives
- Monitoring and managing support tickets, ensuring proper follow-up
- Providing technical guidance and solutions to customers
