Job Description
Skills, qualifications, and expectations:
- Experience in Branding or Graphic Design
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Illustrator
- Professional appearance, friendly attitude, and serving mentality are a MUST
- Fast and stable internet, good webcam and microphone is a MUST
- Great understanding of social media marketing
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Confident, mature communication style
- Be punctual to Branding Consultation calls, and avoid overrun to respect customers’ time.
- Knowledge of Google sheet or Excel functions is a PLUS
- Coachable and fast implementer
Knowledge:
- Once hired, you will be expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s customer success procedures (14 days)
Experience/Education:
- 2+ years of customer success or branding experience (Phone or virtual)
Competencies:
- Confident in graphic design and content creation
- Confident in virtual / face to face engagements
- Client success and engagement focused professional
- Emotional intelligence
- Integrity and trust
Working Hours:
- This role is fully remote.
- Schedule is flexible, working hours can be between 9:00 AM – 10 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Sunday
- Minimum 15 working hours per week
