Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the on-site HVAC construction coordination;
2. Lead people for the completion and execution of the project on-site.
3. Prepare materials before construction and communicate with property management to assist the project manager;
4. Communicate with property management personnel during and after construction to assist the project manager;
5. Collect data on project construction acceptance and coordinate property acceptance, assist the project manager in work.
6. Report and escalate to management as needed.
