Job Description
Greenhills is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that high-quality meals are provided to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the kitchen staff, including delegation of tasks and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Plan and execute menu items based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a kitchen supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
