Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Non FS SOX Staff at GDS Consulting. As our Non FS SOX Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations for our non-financial services clients.
Your main responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, and identifying areas of improvement in the clients’ operations. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to implement effective risk mitigation strategies and assist in the design and maintenance of internal control frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of SOX regulations and experience in conducting internal audits. Additionally, attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential qualities we are looking for.
