Job Description
A Real Time Analyst is responsible for monitoring and maintaining real-time performance tracking systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role involves monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve operational performance.
The Real Time Analyst is also responsible for providing accurate and timely performance reports to management and maintaining an updated schedule of staff availability.
