Job Description
During Clinic Hours:
- Regularly check cleanliness of the restrooms (at least once every 2 hours) specifically of the floor, toilet bowl, and sink;
- Regularly check and empty overflowing trash bins (at least once every 2 hours);
- Replenish toilet papers and other supplies as deemed necessary;
- Buy food and drinks for MDs;
- Buy food and drinks for employees during surgery days (Greenbelt-Fridays & Shangri-La–Tuesdays), Saturdays and on other days as requested by the employees;
- Washing of cups, saucers, spoons and other office pantry utensils;
- Performs admin tasks as deemed necessary (errands to the bank, Greenbelt & Shangri-La offices and the like);
- Performs other work-related functions which may be assigned from time to time.
After Clinic Hours:
- Clinic Over-all cleaning
(Sweeping, mopping, spot scrubbing, and polishing of all floors; Dusting, damp-mopping of furniture and equipment; Cleaning and sanitizing of office furniture & equipment, office pantry’s utensils; Emptying and cleaning of waste baskets/containers and disposing of garbage to designated areas; Cleaning of telephones and desks)
- Check and replenish all empty alcohol containers, toilet papers, hand wash containers, and others.
- Performs other functions which are deemed necessary.
- Weekly General Cleaning of Clinics every Saturday.
- Responsible for regular maintenance of the facility (replacement of light bulbs and etc.)
