Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related Course
- With at least 1 year work-related experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction
- Ability to multi-task, can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours
- Require computer skills: MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Assists in recruitment activities such as sourcing, selection, & job offer
- Conducts initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Ensures proper documentation of personnel movements to have an updated and accurate HR Master list
- Manages the attendance and leave records by ensuring timely submission of reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date report at any given time
- Assists in preparing material for the programs or activities
- Handles HR central communications
- Attends to employees’ requests regarding human resources concerns & queries
- Complies and updates employees’ records (hard and soft copies)
- Provides clerical and administrative support to HR Manager
- Performs other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the immediate supervisor and executives
