Job Description
We are currently looking for a Human Resources Field Coordinator to join our team at Gnobilis323 Staff Inc. As a small manpower agency, this position involves a significant amount of field work. The responsibilities include visiting clients and monitoring the performance of deployed employees. The role also requires basic HR problem-solving skills, knowledge of labor laws, 201 recording, contract and evaluation monitoring, employee recruitment and counseling, and other key HR functions.
Our office is located at Pasig Greenpark Village, Manggahan, Pasig City.
Qualifications: KINDLY READ BEFORE APPLYING
- MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE CODE 1 / 12, and CAN DRIVE AN AUTOMATIC MOTORCYCLE UNIT
- Manpower experience and labor law exposure is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course, but preferably in connection with people management/human resources (undergraduates are welcome)
- Youthful, energetic, willing to learn with excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, and trustworthy
- Computer literate with basic to average knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
