Job Description

We are looking for talented professionals to join us as Relationship Manager (Bank).
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branch.
- Selling of all banking products to clients.
- Products include either CASA, TD, loans and other products that may be developed through time.
- Identifying and prospecting new clients.
- Responsible for developing effective ways and strategies for implementing and achieving sales target.
- Responsible for approving customer and bank transactions within the approved authority limits.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management and Marketing.
- At least 2 years of sales working experience preferably in banking institutions.
- Proven leadership in setting, meeting and exceeding sales target.
- Must have a pipeline of accounts.
- Candidates with Banking/Financial/Insurance/Sales/Lending Groups experience are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Banking Loan/Banking Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- San Fernando, Pampanga (Required)
