Job Description
- Cleaning dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
- Sweeping, mopping floors and cleaning trash cans, as required.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in Hot & Cold Kitchen roles.
- If no work experience, at least a fresh graduate of any related course with NC II.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Adaptability in fast-paced banquet and kitchen settings.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
