Job Description
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is often preferred.
Skills:
- Proven experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field, preferably with a track record of supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Familiarity with property custodianship and asset management processes.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of property custodians and maintenance staff.
- In-depth knowledge of property management principles, including property maintenance, inspections, and security.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
