Job Description
As the Shift Manager at Kuya J Restaurant in Molino, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Molino branch. Your role will involve managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading a team of employees, including training and development
- Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service
- Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are sufficient
- Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
