Job Description
An Inside Technical Sales Representative plays a crucial role in selling technical products or services to clients. This position requires a combination of sales skills and technical knowledge. The main responsibilities include:
- Understanding clients’ technical needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Generating sales leads and converting them into actual sales.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Providing product demonstrations and technical support to potential customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for sales. A background in engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is also essential.
