Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reports.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Train and develop accounting staff to ensure performance and career growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
