Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include managing staff members, coordinating and supervising various departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and front office. You will monitor the performance of each department, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both our employees and guests. You must have a strong focus on quality control, ensuring that all services meet or exceed industry standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in managing and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
