Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency by assisting with various administrative tasks. This includes handling phone calls, managing schedules, organizing files, and providing support to staff members.
You will be responsible for preparing reports, drafting emails, and coordinating meetings. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are essential for this role.
Additionally, you will interact with clients and vendors, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
