Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our rapidly expanding team at Genfinity Philippines, Inc. as a Patient Correspondence Associate. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 4-day-a-week schedule, offering a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month.

As a Patient Correspondence Associate, you will be responsible for providing pre-arrangement services, appointments, and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also involve catering to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Arranging appointments and general hospital services, coordinating with doctors, nurses, and related departments.
• Providing accurate information regarding hospital services via email.
• Assisting in initial medical history-taking and coordination of referral services.
• Participating in process improvement and problem analysis.
• Engaging in employee activities to foster a positive work environment.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an Allied-health profession (Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, etc.).
• 1-2 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• An analytical and organized mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with dual screens and general computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule.
• Capability to report onsite in Makati during training and transition period.
• Residence within Metro Manila or willingness to travel to Makati.
