Job Description:
- Timekeeping Reviews and Approval
- Performance Evaluation Assistance
- Participate in scheduled staff and client catch-up
- Personnel Action Forms (PAF)
- Provide NTE / Coaching / Disciplinary Actions (inter-departmental coordinator)
- Conduct pre-induction to welcome new hires
- Updating of Records
- Monthly Client Reporting
Qualifications:
- Very strong conversational and written English.
- Experience in client-facing support in BPO setting is a PLUS
- Comfortable and confident to communicate with foreign VIPs.
- Ability to influence and confront issues respectfully
- Caring attitude towards helping people
