Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and process loan applications efficiently
- Perform a general evaluation of financing/loan applications
- Gather and verify necessary documentation
- Conduct financial analysis for loan eligibility
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Stay updated on lending regulations and practices
- Ensure borrower information confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- 3+ years of Mortgage Broking and Loan Processing experience
- Experience with an Australian company preferred
- Proficiency in AU Mortgage CRMs a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
