Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries through various channels.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Communication: Interact with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
