Job Description
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Holders of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- Two (2) years of working experience as IT or technical support staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding timely to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across IBA Imus and EYC campus
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Troubleshooting problems with computer systems
- Safekeeping of school computers and equipment
