Job Description
- Responsible for category profitability and day-to-day selling operations
- Manage customer service and ensure 100% service level
- Accountable for category sales achievements
- Implement Walter Mart standards for safety and sanitation
- Ensure first to expire, first out (FEFO) implementation
- Manage bad orders effectively
- Execute promotions accurately and on time
- Update shelf tags and maintain category accuracy
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
