Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates for our team. We are currently hiring for the position of Encoder / Non-Voice Agent, open for fresh graduates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact without transferring.
- Match customer needs to Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.
