Job Description
Desktop Support Staff is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. They troubleshoot problems, provide end-user assistance, and manage service requests and software installations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Vocational/Bachelor’s degree in any IT Related course
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Open for Project based employment (1yr renewable contract)
- Willing to render OT during weekends if needed
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
