Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions using scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Visit Ortigas site for interview ONLY.
- Works on-site, Filipino Citizen, 18+ years old, at least HS Graduate.
- Conversant in Basic English, active listening skills, customer service experience preferred.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience in a call center or support environment.
