Job Description
The Service Desk Knowledgebase Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the knowledge base system used by the service desk team. In this role, you will be in charge of organizing, updating, and optimizing the knowledge base to ensure that accurate and helpful information is easily accessible to all team members.
You will work closely with the service desk team to understand their needs and challenges in order to improve the knowledge base content. Additionally, you will be responsible for training team members on how to effectively use the knowledge base system to efficiently resolve customer issues.
If you have a strong background in IT service management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving operational efficiency, this role is perfect for you.
