Job Description
Job Summary: We’re hiring a Business Automation Analyst to enhance workflow efficiencies through automation solutions at Nearsol Philippines Incorporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document existing processes using flowcharts
- Implement automation solutions with SQL and Power Automation
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration
- Monitor automation effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on automation trends
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Power Automate, and process documentation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience or internships in automation
- Familiarity with process mapping tools
- Proactive and eager to learn
