We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at Orbit Hub Philippines.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Face-to-Face Interview ONLY.
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- At least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate with basic English skills.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
