Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training programs for Isuzu dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
- Set training program KPIs and evaluate effectiveness through assessments. Provide intervention plans.
- Communicate with stakeholders and experts to develop accurate training materials.
- Implement training programs innovatively through various platforms.
- Manage training costs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive technical training experience; certification is a plus.
- Technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicles.
- Detail-oriented, proactive with good organizational skills.
- Results-driven, with exceptional creativity and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license (LTO 2 or 3 restriction).
- Willing to work on-site in Biñan, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php21,00.00 per month
