Job Description
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. Your main tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, evaluating resumes, and conducting initial interviews. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and develop sourcing strategies to fulfill those needs. Additionally, you will build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
