Job Description:
- Maintain high-level confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Maintain relationships with the Investors, potential investors and/or shareholders.
- Monitor and assist operational changes within company management, and develop investor relations messages based on the changes;
- Other administrative duties instructed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/capital markets or consulting.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Must be willing to work in Las Pinas.
