Job Description
Our company, CYTS, is seeking an HR Generalist to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and manage government contributions
- Administer employee benefits and services
- Liaise with government agencies for compliance
- Manage employee attendance and timekeeping
- Ensure compensation compliance
- Handle payroll and benefits
- Implement employee engagement programs
- Assist with conflict resolutions
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business
- Perform assigned HR tasks
Requirements:
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with MS proficiency
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Graduate in Behavioral Science/Human Resources
- Knowledge of labor code and HR practices
- HR processes experience
- People-oriented and flexible
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati City
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime
