Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Helpdesk Specialist to join our team for the nightshift, working onsite at our office location. As a Customer Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries related to our products and services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of helpdesk software are preferred.
