Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions, maintain professionalism.
- Familiarity with company products, demonstrate empathy, patience with all customers.
Qualifications:
- Must visit Ortigas site for an interview.
- Filipino Citizen, 18 years old or above, at least High School graduate.
- Conversant in English, active listening, patience, and empathy skills.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
